| need a load calc for townhouse . will provide further details, but to get an idea, 11x36 basement 50% subgrade, 11x36 mainfloor brick partywalls , 2nd floor 11x26 brick partywalls, proposed 3rd floor , one side partywall stud wall. please contact me . reasonable fee expected , not asking for a freebie. |
